All the recipes here are clean eating- made with whole foods. Fresh ingredients whenever possible. No gluten, limited dairy, no refined sugar, and nothing pre-packaged. Ever.
My main focus in creating recipes is nutrition. I have tried many extreme elimination diets in the past but have found they were not sustainable for extended periods of time. So my goal is to be reasonable and balanced.
This blog combines my passions: food, research, writing, organization, and friends. It challenges me in every way- to write better, to cook healthier, to learn more about the art of photography, and to keep up with technology.
